Offline Processing: Any sensitive client data provided to us—whether handed over via a physical encrypted USB drive or transmitted through a secure end-to-end encrypted file transfer—is processed strictly on our local, offline (air-gapped) servers.
No Public Cloud: Your sensitive operational data is never uploaded to public cloud computing platforms.
No AI Scraping: We never use your private community data, forms, or records to train public or third-party artificial intelligence models.
3. Data Retention and Destruction
We do not hoard your data. To guarantee absolute privacy for your organization and your community, Penfyre Designs enforces a strict data destruction policy.
Within 14 days of final project delivery and client approval, all raw data, intermediate processing files, and finalized deliverables used in our Data Automation services are permanently and securely wiped from our local servers.

We only share basic website and booking data with essential third-party service providers (such as our website host, Hostinger, or our calendar scheduling application) strictly for the purpose of operating our business and facilitating communication with you.
